D&A’s benefits coverage includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Premiums are deducted from the employee’s bi-monthly paycheck.

All full-time D&A employees and full-time W-2 employees are eligible to participate in benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of service.

Candidate Referral Bonus Plan

Good employees are the key to any successful business. We understand that high-quality employees like you know other talented people who would want to work with D&A, so we invite you to participate in our referral program. By way of recognition and to thank you, we offer referral bonuses for candidates successfully hired by D&A.

If you know someone who would be a good fit for one of our positions, please share it with them. If they are interested, complete the Candidate Referral Online Form (ask for one HERE). On it, be sure to include the Job ID number and attach the resume.

How much is the bonus?

The Bonus payout will depend on several factors and will ultimately be determined by D&A Management, but will usually be between $250-1500.
The successful candidate must be employed by D&A for a period of 90 workdays in order for you (the referrer) to be eligible for the bonus.
