D&A’s benefits coverage includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance. Premiums are deducted from the employee’s bi-monthly paycheck.
All full-time D&A employees and full-time W-2 employees are eligible to participate in benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of service.

Candidate Referral Bonus Plan

By way of recognition and to thank you, we offer referral bonuses for candidates successfully hired by D&A.

How much is the bonus?
The Bonus payout will depend on several factors and will ultimately be determined by D&A Management, but will usually be between $250-1500.
The successful candidate must be employed by D&A for a period of 90 workdays in order for you (the referrer) to be eligible for the bonus.
